James Ngenda, a son of Liberia, along with his Canadian wife Kathleen, founded Grassroots Ministry, Liberia (GML) in 2003 with a clear understanding that they are in LIberia to bring the hope and truth of the gospel of Christ; to nurture hope through words of truth. 

They live in Liberia along with three of their five children. 

James and Kathleen have a passion for teaching and seeing people grow.

Together they work to make Liberia a better place. 

Ngenda Family Matters

2009 is the year! Joshua left us for Canada.  We have been hoping that we could keep him a little longer but his educational needs were becoming too challenging and when friends offered to help him with a scholarship for Abbotsford Christian School we knew this was a gift.

He is doing Grade 11 at ACH and living with the Vanderpol family.

Joy is already to go next year…
